The programme for the Clan Cameron gathering at Achnacarry on June 16 is now arranged.

Until 2.45 p.m. those arriving will be received by Lochiel and Mrs Cameron, and will go on to see many objects of interest to Camerons in the castle.  There will be a special exhibit of Clan, family and Regimental Cameron tartans - more than 20 in number - arranged specially for this Gathering by Lt.-Col. Cameron Hay, Balhousie Castle, Perth.

As the passengers from the special train will begin to reach Achnacarry at 2 p.m., Camerons from Lochaber will be well advised to be at the castle before then.  There will be a special service of buses from Fort William.

Lochiel will be introduced and presented by the Seanachaidh of the Lochaber Association of Clan Cameron, Alasdair Cameron, Bunalteachan, better known as "North Argyll."  Lochiel will then address the gathering and he will be followed by the president of the parent Clan Society, Mr A.D. Cameron.  Mr Malcolm Cameron of the Auto and General Electric Services who are installing the public address amplifying equipment, is sending a Cameron to take charge of the installation.
